A Stephanie Cake is the creation of Stephanie McLoughlin, who started this blog as an answer to the friends who asked “Hey, do you have a Web site? You should put your cake photos online!” This is the result - an online photo album that serves as both archive and, hopefully, inspiration for anyone else who follows or seeks the path of the cake artist.
Stephanie leads a double life as an amateur baker/cake designer and full-time tech editor. She enjoys doing cakes that are personalized for the recipient or the event, as well as taking on cake creations that pose a little bit of a challenge and are a little out of the ordinary. These days, she continues to work on her decorating skills, aspires to improve her picture-taking, and dreams of a day when someone invents self-cleaning cake pans.
